EV Industrial Training & Internship Program

Indian government initiation on the National Electric Mobility Mission Plan in the year 2013 with an objective to put 6-7 million electric vehicles on Indian roads by 2025 and committing to achieving 30% e-mobility in the country by 2030. The government's Automotive Mission Plan 2026 evaluates to create an additional 10 million jobs in the future. With the above growing demand of Electric Vehicles, EV GARAZ is in a mission to full fill the shortage of skilled manpower required for Electric Vehicle Service Industry and has launched a unique training Program “EV Industrial Training & Internship Program”.

Program Structure

- Basic Electrical Engineering required for EV Services

- EV Powertrain Architecture and Types Of EV

- Overview Of Electric Vehicle Components (Motor, Controller, Battery, Converters etc.)

- EV Motor Technology and Types

- Basic Electrical Engineering required for EV Services

- EV Batteries Technology and Types

- Battery Management System and Battery Pack Design

- EV Controller and Wiring Harness

- Mechanical Components Of EV (Assembling and Disassembling)

- General EV Health Check-up and Maintenance

- Troubleshooting and fixing different types of EV Issues

- EV Charger and Charge Station Infrastructure

- EV Conversion (Convert existing vehicle to Electric Vehicle)

- Govt. EV Policies

- Soft skill training on Client Communication and Relationship

- Resume Preparation and Placement Drive

Eligibility

- ITI/Diploma/Engineering Students (Passed/Continuing)

- 10th Pass with minimum 1 yr. experience in Automobile/Electrical Industry

- Existing Garage Mechanics

- Graduate/Management Students (Passed/Continuing) interested in EV Sales and Marketing

Duration

6 Months (Training and Internship) + 6 Months (Placement Drive) Duration can be customised for Groups/Institutions
